Retreat Itinerary

There could be slight variations of the outdoor activity depending on the season and weather.

Day 1 – Arrival & Welcome

  • After 3:00 PM Check-in
  • 5:00 – 8:00 PM Meet and greet, light bites, and getting to know each other, closing with sound healing

Day 2 – Nature & Connection

  • 8:00 AM Meeting at the workshop for coffee, tea, pastry, and fruit
  • 8:30 AM Leaving for Baldwyn Loop Trail
  • 9:00 AM Leisurely walk in nature enjoying Buddha's Beach. Optional hike to Cathedral Rock. This is a bonding experience based on physical capability, with no judgment.
  • 11:00 AM Lunch, conversation, and positive introspective time in nature (healthy snacks provided)
  • 12:30 PM Heading back
  • 1:00 – 3:00 PM Break for lunch, relaxation & self-introspection
  • 3:00 – 7:00 PM Letting the emotions fly (Part One)
  • 7:00 – 7:15 PM Sound healing

Day 3 & 4 – Reflection & Growth

  • 8:00 – 8:15 AM Sound healing
  • 8:15 AM – 12:00 PM Letting the emotions fly (Part Two)
    *Coffee, tea, pastry, fruit, snacks provided
  • 12:00 – 2:00 PM Break for lunch, relaxation & self-introspection
  • 2:00 – 6:00 PM Taking back control, finding your pathway forward, closing thoughts
  • 6:00 – 6:15 PM Sound healing

Day 4 OR 5 – Departure
